DESCRIPTION:Robson Hall OUTLaws and the SOGIC section of the Manitoba Bar Association invite you to attend a one-day conference regarding the legal issues that face 2SLGBTQ+ people in Manitoba.\nThis is a full day in-person event hosted at Robson Hall on Friday, February 24th, 2023 with a live-streamed virtual option available.\nSpeakers include Judge Kael McKenzie, Kristine Barr (CUPE), and Dell Dyck (TDS), as well as a panel discussion featuring service facilitators that work directly with the 2SLGBTQ+ community.\nLunch will be provided for in-person attendees, and the conference will feature opportunities for group discussions.\nAdmission is free, and all members of the Bar Association, including practising professionals and law students are encouraged to attend regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.\nThis program may qualify for CPD and/or EPPM hours (further details and full conference schedule to follow).\nPlease RSVP (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) to the Manitoba Bar Association online at www.cbapd.org.\n
