Join us for lunch and to hear the inaugural keynote address by the Honourable Chief Justice Michael H. Tulloch, Chief Justice of Ontario.\nThe inaugural Sankofa Lecture in honour of Black History Month is a new hallmark event for Manitoba’s legal and Black communities. In Twi, “sankofa” means, “return and fetch it” – a collective reminder to seek and bring forward answers from our past to inform our present and future. We hope you will join us!\nAttendance at this MBA Section learning session can be applied towards your Law Society mandatory yearly continuing professional development requirement for Ethics, Professionalism and Practice Management for a maximum of one hour.\n
