DESCRIPTION:Please join for a discussion with Elise Teitler, the Director for Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC). ODACC is responsible for administering construction-related adjudications and for training and certifying adjudicators under the Construction Act, R.S.O. 1990. c. C.3 and Ontario Regulation 306/18.
