We are also sending invitations to local government units with whom we deal to come and join us for a little socializing in a non-work context. It’s been several years since we hosted such an event and we thought it was time again for an opportunity for the Manitoba bar and government units to enjoy some casual conversation… and, this time, maybe some singing!\nWhere: Limelight Karaoke Bar at the Riverside – 531 St. Mary’s Road\nWhen: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 – 5pm to 8pm\nWhat: Conversation, singing, appetizers, drinks\nAdmission Fee: CBA Members $10.00 (free for articling student and law student members)\nPlease also note that we are explicitly advising MBA members that there is to be no file-related talk.
