Last year in Part 1, our speakers addressed various topics including demand letters, settlement documents, and filing Statements of Claim and Defence. This year in Part 2, presenters Cynthia (Cindy) Lazar and Todd Andres bring a wealth of experience to provide practical advice and tips regarding post-pleading conduct of wrongful termination litigation.\nRSVP (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) to the Manitoba Bar Association online.\nThe link to join the Zoom meeting will be sent out to all registrants on the morning of the meeting.
