DESCRIPTION:SPEAKER: Tony Paisana, Peck and Company (Vancouver)\nLast December, Wanzhou Meng, CFO of Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei, was arrested in Vancouver after a request was made by the United States Department of Justice under the Treaty on Extradition Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America. This kicked off a series of events that have frozen the Canada-China relationship.
