DESCRIPTION:Bring a Buddy Months – In April and May 2022 consider bringing a non-member buddy to a Section Meeting. Sections provide opportunities for lawyers to further their professional education and to keep ahead of current developments within the profession. The MBA wants to show non-members what they’re missing!!  \nSPEAKER: Benjamin Ralston, PhD candidate and sessional lecturer at University of Saskatchewan, College of Law and Author of Gladue Principles: A Guide to the Jurisprudence\nBenjamin Ralston teaches at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law where he is currently completing his PhD. He previously held term positions as an assistant professor, including a one-year appointment to teach in the Nunavut Law Program. Benjamin has been involved in the implementation of the Gladue principles since 2014 when he began assisting as an editor and co-author for Gladue reports in Saskatchewan as part of a Legal Aid Saskatchewan pilot project. Since then, he has assisted with Gladue reports used in British Columbia and Nunavut as well.
