Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Winnipeg prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law (Robson Hall).\nSam’s practice is focused on the acquisition and sale of businesses and commercial property, as well as corporate structuring. Sam assists practitioners in the medical, dental and pharmaceutical fields. He regularly assists all clients with corporate finance, shareholder and partnership agreements, real estate transactions, and leasing of properties, among other business-related activities. Sam also provides services in wills, trusts and estate planning.\nVictoria Taylor is an associate at Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation. Victoria received her Bachelor of Recreation Management and Community Development from the University of Manitoba in 2015. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2019. Victoria successfully completed her National Committee on Accreditation examinations under the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2020. She completed her articles with Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation.\nVictoria received her Call to the Bar in North Dakota in 2019 and her Call to the Bar in Manitoba in 2021. She practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates.\n
