Join Kevin Toyne as he discusses the recent introduction of “ag-gag” legislation in several Canadian jurisdictions, which generally increase trespassing fines on farm property and make it an offence to obtain permission by “false pretences”, and why these enactments are trending in Manitoba and across Canada.
