Northern Bar Annual CPD – Part 2

Part 2:  June 12, 2020 – Criminal Law

The 2020 Northern Bar is being offered via live webinar, and will be separated into two separate afternoon sessions. On June 5, 2020 the focus will be on Child Protection matters, including a discussion on An Act respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis children, youth and families. The focus on June 12, 2020 will be on Criminal matters, including information on the new impaired driving laws.

As the profession learns more about practicing remotely, this program will also be an opportunity to learn more about an online platform that continues to be relevant to future practice.
