What do I need to know as a new family lawyer starting out? What do the Court and other counsel expect from me as an articling student? Who can I ask for help? Attend this third annual seminar to find out the answers to these and other questions. We will also address practical issues such as the different courts in our family law system, a brief overview of the triage process, the must know QB Rules, practice management, well-being in family law and more. This is a primer intended for articling students and new lawyers.
