Forms of Address and Pronouns

The Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Manitoba have issued Practice Directions, which take effect on September 13, 2021, to clarify how parties and counsel can advise the Court of their pronouns and form of address. This session will assist you to understand why these directions have been issued, what it will look like and what you have to do. Time is also planned for a Q & A.
