Caselaw Update: Labour and Employment Law

The CCCA and Labour & Employment Law sections are pleased to invite you to a joint professional development session tailored for in-house legal counsel and labour and employment law practitioners. Presenter, Bret Lercher, will highlight important recent labour and employment decisions from both Manitoba and other jurisdictions relevant to unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Bret will also offer practical guidance on how these changes may impact your organization or practice.
