Charter Rights: What to Know When You’re Stopped by Police

What are your rights when you’re stopped by police—on the street, in your car, or elsewhere? This webinar will explain your rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, including when you must identify yourself, when you have to show ID, and whether you are required to answer questions. Learn how to handle police interactions and what legal protections you have.

Presented by criminal defence lawyer Christopher Gamby (Brennan Partners LLP).
