Our presenter is Silvana Buccini.

Silvana Buccini is a Consumer Services Officer with the Manitoba Consumer Protection Office. She has held this position for 10 years and is very well versed in consumer transactions and the legislation the Consumer Protection Office administers. Silvana’s presentation will briefly review some of the biggest transactions engaged in by consumers such as vehicle purchase and repair, home renovations, direct sales and internet agreements.
