Electronic Documents at the Court of Appeal

The Manitoba Court of Appeal has recently updated and modernized its procedures for electronic filing (see Practice Direction April 28, 2025 – Filing Electronic Copies of Documents).

Please join us for a discussion with Chief Justice Rivoalen and members of the Court of Appeal. They will review the requirements under the new Practice Direction, demonstrate the electronic filing procedures and answer your questions.

Legal staff are encouraged to attend this session as it may be helpful for those preparing the documents to have this opportunity to learn and ask questions.
