Cynthia Lazar and Mark Alward will review some recent topics of interest in labour and employment law, including the implementation of The Accessibility for Manitobans Act, the Court of Appeal decision on wage restraints in public sector collective bargaining, and accommodations for COVID concerns in non-mandatory vaccine workplaces.
