Innovative Dispute Resolution: The Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada

This webinar will focus on the use of dispute resolution at the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC). There will be an overview of the role of the SDRCC, the types of sport disputes that are handled, how dispute resolution practitioners become involved as facilitators, mediators, and arbitrators with the SDRCC, and the use of investigations into sport-related complaints.
