Law in the Library – A Human Rights Primer
Join Ryan Savage for an online presentation on:
- Basic overview – protected grounds, the applicable tests for establishing discrimination, undue hardship and other important concepts,
- A review of pre-complaint, complaint and investigative processes with practical tips for complainants and respondents to navigate the system,
- Recent updates, including dismissal of complaints without investigation, and
- The Supreme Court of Canada decision (Horrocks) and its impact on unionized workers.
