The Legal Research Section invites you to join this presentation from Doug Brown, the Director of Legal Services–City Solicitor at the City of Winnipeg to discuss legal research and municipal law. Mr. Brown will specifically review navigating the City of Winnipeg’s by-laws and regulations.
