M.A.C.Y. “Every Two Hours” Report
CLEA joins with the Family Law and Child and Youth Law subsections of The Manitoba Bar Association to welcome Dr. Matthew Maher of the Manitoba Advocate for Children and Youth. During this one hour webinar, Dr. Maher will discuss the Every Two Hours Special Report on Children and Youth Exposed to Intimate Partner Violence in Manitoba. Hear about the findings and the seven recommendations toward recognizing the rights of children as victims of IPV.
