Making a Will

Learn about making a will in this online presentation. Whatever your age or life circumstance, you should have a will. Learn what your will should include, the formal requirements for making a will, whom you should name as your executor, and what happens if you die and you do not have a will. Offered in partnership with CLEA (Community Legal Education Association).
