Primer for Corporate Meetings

Best practices for corporate meetings are constantly evolving. The session will cover current thinking on the basics (e.g. use of resolutions, taking minutes, virtual meetings, etc.) as well as practical tips to put you in the best position to ensure that your meetings proceed as planned.

Attendance at this MBA Section meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba’s Continuing Professional Development requirement for a maximum of one hour.

Please note: The library will be closing early on Friday, May 9th at 11:00AM for a special event.  Regular library service will resume Monday, May 12th at 8:30AM.
