Primer for Corporate Meetings

Best practices for corporate meetings are constantly evolving. The session will cover current thinking on the basics (e.g. use of resolutions, taking minutes, virtual meetings, etc.) as well as practical tips to put you in the best position to ensure that your meetings proceed as planned.

Attendance at this MBA Section meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba’s Continuing Professional Development requirement for a maximum of one hour.

The Great Library will be closed from December 25, 2024 to January 1, 2025 for the winter holidays. Regular office hours will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
