Recent Proclamations and Other Legislative Updates Relating to the Practice of Municipal Law

Please join the Municipal Law Section for a presentation from The Municipal Board highlighting legislative amendments to The Municipal Board Act, The Municipal Assessment Act, The Planning Act and City of Winnipeg Charter and impact on Board jurisdiction.  There will also be a brief introduction on future procedural developments as they relate to planning matters brought to The Municipal Board. This session will be of interest to those who practice in the area of Municipal Law.
