Top 10 Appellate Cases in the Last Year

At this session Amanda Sansregret, K.C. and Rekha Malaviya, K.C. will review some of the notable cases that were decided by the Supreme Court and Manitoba Court of Appeal over the last year or so. Sharing their own unique perspectives as appellate counsel on different sides of the courtroom, they will discuss the important takeaways from these decisions that matter to the criminal practitioner.
