We’re excited to share that the accompanying live webinar date for our ITL Foundations of Canadian Law Course for NCA™ Exams has been finalized.

The webinar session is scheduled for March 27 & 28, 2026, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST. This session will be led by Jay Merchant, from Bond University’s Faculty of Law.

He is an experienced barrister specializing in criminal law and professional disciplinary matters, practicing in Brisbane, Australia. With an extensive background as a former Police Officer and Officer in Charge of Police Prosecutions in Queensland, Jay brings deep practical insights to teaching.

We’re excited to share that the accompanying live webinar date for our ITL Canadian Constitutional Law Course for NCA™ Exams has been finalized.

The webinar session is scheduled for March 17 & 18, 2026, from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST. This session will be led by Lisa Bonin, who is Director of the Canadian Law Program at Bond University.

Lisa has extensive teaching experience in constitutional law and coaches Bond’s moot team for the prestigious Wilson Moot. Prior to emigrating to Australia, she practiced as a litigator for 7 years at McCarthy Tétrault, a top-tier Canadian law firm.
