Bill 236. The Public Schools Amendment Act (Chronic Absenteeism Reporting)/Loi modifiant la Loi sur les écoles publiques (rapport sur l’absentéisme chronique) – The Public Schools Act is amended to require schools to report the number of students who are chronically absent from school each year. The minister must prepare a report each year that provides specified information about students who are chronically absent in each school division and school district and each independent school. The minister must make the report available to the public.
