The Law Library Hub is Back from Hiatus!

Do you have a client looking for assistance and need somewhere to direct them?

The Law Library Hub is here to help.

The Law Library Hub is a free, appointment-based resource that offers legal information in the areas of civil and family law for those unfamiliar with the legal system or that need help getting started.

Our Civil Law appointments can help with common disputes between people or organizations. We can assist those dealing with:

        • Small Claims
        • Property Disputes
        • Personal Injury claims
        • Breach of Contract, such as unpaid bills
        • Issues between Tenants and Landlords
        • Estate matters such as Probating a Will.

Family Law appointments cover issues between spouses or common-law partners, or child care matters. These include:

        • Divorce or Separation
        • Division of Property
        • Child Support

Appointments are available in person at the Great Library in the Winnipeg Law Courts Complex or via video conference.
