August 12, 2021 – Re-Revised Model for Scheduling and Case Flow Management Practices before the Masters 

This notice is the latest revision to the Model for Scheduling and Case Flow Management in respect of family proceedings. It addresses the specific matters to be heard by Masters and the process involved.

Previous notices and practice directives can be found on the Courts website.

The Library will be closed Monday, September 7. We will reopen Tuesday, September 8.

Manitoba Law Library will close at 11am on June 25 for a private event.
Staff will be available by email for research and reference questions.
