New Queen’s Bench Practice Direction

June 24, 2022 – Distribution of Written Court of Queen’s Bench Judgments – judgment will now be released for publication within 24 hours or the next business day, rather than the previous three day timeframe. This Practice Direction comes into effect June 30, 2022.

All Queen’s Bench Practice Directions and Notices are available on the Court Website

Manitoba Law Library will close at 11am on May 15 for a private event.
Staff will be available by email for research and reference questions.
