Legislative Updates: New Proclamation

The Government of Manitoba has proclaimed the following, effective April 1, 2020:

The Efficiency Manitoba Act, S.M. 2017, c. 18, s. 37, 44 and 49.

Section 37 refers to the continuation of the Affordable Energy Fund.
