New Court of Queen’s Bench Notice – Amendments to the Court of Queen’s Bench Rules

These new amendments makes changes to rules Rule 70 Family Division Amendments, and Rule 76 Small Claims Rules Amendments.

Both regulations came into effect on July 1st.
